As an Executive / Senior Executive assigned to the Launch and Waterboat Operations team in Fleet Operations, you will:- * Assist Deputy Manager (Fleet Operations) to:- 1. Ensure that the daily p As an Executive / Senior Executive assigned to the Launch and Waterboat Operations team in Fleet Operations, you will:- Assist Deputy Manager (Fleet Operations) to:- Ensure that the daily pilotage launch service levels are met Liaise with the Fleet Engineering team on the repair schedule and works carried out on breakdown pilot launches (West Coast Base and Brani B9 Base) to ensure maximum uptime of pilot launches Communicate with the MCC operators on deployment needs and other operational information as required to ensure maximum uptime of pilot launches Schedule launch crew monthly turnouts and support Base Operations in the deployment of the launch crew Highlight anomalies and non-conformance in the conduct, performance, and behaviour of the launch crew Ensure all launch crew comply with PSA Marine and Fleet's QHSSE policy, QP, SWP, WI, safety memos, and security regulations Conduct launch crew exit interviews and propose suitable appropriate measures targeted at improving the workplace culture in Fleet Take lead/assist and form part of the investigation team in the event of any incidents and/or accidents Monitor and ensure that relevant harbour craft licences, life-saving and fire-fighting appliances are renewed timely Submit monthly pilot launch bunkering reports, skid tank reports and launch availability reports Take lead and assist in developmental projects including but not limited to fleet sustainability, navigational awareness devices, fleet management system(s), staff and operations software Supervise and guide all base leaders on launch operations, and base facilities Conduct launch craft safety audit and security checks which include but not limited to fuel checks and contraband items Monitor the launch crew training and career progression schedule Arrange for marine crew briefings, dialogue sessions and engagement events Assist in any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned The successful candidate shall preferably possess: A Degree in Business, Business Administration, Maritime Business, Logistics, and Supply Chain At least 2 years of relevant experience working in a frontline operation role Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different levels in an organisation Critical thinking and logical thinking skills Good numeracy skills and an eye for detail and Be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications
