Key Job Duties

:


To co-develop the Overall Master Plan for Asia Pacific Region (Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Australia) Direct all activities for the segment to achieve / deliver the Plan Collaborate with Senior Management from the Segment and be the key person to develop and implement the Asia Pacific objectives To present periodic update to Senior Management of both Japan HQ, and/or KAVX Components in forms of Operations Review Meetings (ORM), Financial Reviews, Monthly General Manager Meetings, and any other review deems necessary by the company To submit Forecast Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly or as and when required To manage the warehouse operations in Asia Pacific region To impellent correct strategies for stocking purposes with factories to reduced risk of slow moving / dead inventories. Work closely with customers and internal departments to ensure customer's need are fulfilled To perform appraisal on the direct report annually To manage hiring and organization optimization Any other aperiodic assignments which will be within the sphere of the job nature of this role.

Job Requirements/Skills

IT literate and proficiency in MS office, especially in Advance Excel Function and Power point Familiar with TM1 and CRM will be a plus Must be willing to travel, at times within short notice A team player, processing strong communications, interpersonal and leadership skills, with proven track record in managing Sales and Marketing team regionally Strong Technical, design-in and Application knowledge in Electronic Component Market Must possess strong aptitude to work in complex and metrics driven environment. Proficient in business-level English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Japanese language is required for effective liaison and reporting to the head office in Japan, as well as for communication with Japanese-speaking counterparts.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

Proven track record of managing Sales and Marketing team in a regional level, in a senior role, preferably in Electronic Components market 15 years and above of experience in the Electronic Component market and industry. 5 years working experience in Japanese firm. * Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
