Job Description
Our client is a non-profit organization in Woodlands, where they strive to make a meaningful impact in our community.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor operational staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Work with the finance team to develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, community partners, and volunteers.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s strategic goals.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect the organization\'s assets and reputation.
- Degree and above.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior operational role, preferably in a non-profit organization or social service sector.
- Strong understanding of nonprofit financial management and fundraising strategies.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
