Job FunctionInformation TechnologyJob SummaryThe Security Architecture and Solutioning role provides the architecture and solution in the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies. He/she will be involved in creating clear and engaging architecture planning, strategizing, implementation and coordinate the acquisition, implementation and building of cybersecurity system/tool; assisting in the execution of security system and ensure smooth transition of the system to Security Operation team.The role is required to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Technology Office, Enterprise Risk, Strategy & Transformation, the authorities) to effectively achieve the desire result.The role must be instrumental in assisting other technology projects to meet regulation and responsible to authorities' enquiries.He/she has passion for cybersecurity, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.The personnel have exceptional cybersecurity and communication skills, a general understanding of cybersecurity principles, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise messages for all relevant stakeholders.Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)Support infrastructure operations
Lead the team in the delivery of optimal infrastructure operations
Oversee the technical analysis of complex software, hardware and infrastructure equipment for integrated infrastructure operations
Review documentation and improve processes administration, installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Present findings and advise on infrastructure capabilities and limitationsMaintain infrastructure
Lead the improvement of maintenance capability by using automation for upgrades, enterprise backup and storage
Coordinate the execution of infrastructure maintenance activities such as change requests and maintenance routines
Review the quality of the work undertaken by technical staffOptimise infrastructure performance
Lead initiatives to improve the infrastructure systems and service delivery through automation and virtualisation technologies
Monitor the relationships between the infrastructure users and applications
Support regular audits, infrastructure testing and implementation
Develop reports regarding infrastructure security, performance, and availability and key operational metrics including performance, utilisation, throughput and capacityResolve infrastructure incidents
Simulate user problems to resolve operating difficulties
Improve existing issue resolution methods and techniques
Assist senior leaders in disaster recovery planning and testing
Organise system activities including planned maintenance events, system backup processes and disaster recovery drills
