Manage the network IT service management, change management, incident management and service delivery to the group shared network
Perform periodic SLA reviews together with vendors to ensure that the current agreements are aligned with business expectations and delivered services
Identify service improvements and translate to improvement plan and monitors the progress
Manages the vendors relationship from a service management point of view
Handles the resolution of incidents and escalated service delivery performance
Network budgeting for group business units and lead the completion of the budgeted projects
Reviewer/approver for network invoices and contracts renewal.
Review on network audits RFI and gather relevant artefacts and response. Follow up with remediation to auditors/management.
Performs periodic network audit review on devices inventory, patching, hardening status and verification against hardening guide to ensure compliance against policy
Ensure the calendar year audit checks for infra is scheduled and delivered to be compliant by vendors for all business units
Technical network service lead for scoping of current and operation requirements of global group network projects
Provide network assessment and operation inputs on business request and manages the onboarding/operationalize from project to operation phase.
Review the utilisation of resources
Oversee the development of learning roadmaps for team and functions
Establish performance indicators to benchmark effectiveness of learning and development programmes against best practices
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in computer science or related IT fields
At least 5 years of experience in an IT Infrastructure operation environment such as SDWAN/LAN/WAN/Wireless technologies, monitoring solutions, and securing a corporate network
Understanding of IT best practice and the ability to oversee the adoption of these practices and processes throughout the IT organization.
Background in the oversight of the operational readiness of group network, security operations and infrastructure audit compliance.
Background in understanding IT security policy and practices to protect corporate information and technology assets.
Ability to work collaboratively to put into operation integrated hardware and software solutions.
Coach, counsel and is responsible to maximum development of direct reports to meet member and organizational and individual goals and objectives.
