as a deputy manager, he/she is responsible for

business development both local and overseas liaise with overseas offices network to reach out to and understand prospective clients supervising preparation of information materials supervising deal sourcing /origination and execution including valuation of the corporations both locally and overseas some experience of working overseas and/or business travelling * Japanese speaking /degree is advantage as he/she may need understand and communicate to clients in Japan.
