Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Work with GE Project Director & come out with strategy for execution of the
  • Portfolio functions.
  • Attend meeting with GE & TenneT, as per the project governance matrix.
  • Oversee the execution of Jacket fabrication in HFG, Netherlands.
  • Responsible for overseeing the Engineering / Planning / procurements / Quality /Safety and execution of construction projects. This includes developing project plans, determining resource requirements, and establishing project timelines.
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating contractors and subcontractors involved in the construction projects. This involves evaluating contractor capabilities, selecting appropriate contractors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring their performance throughout the project.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations is a critical responsibility. Also responsible for implementing and enforcing safety procedures, conducting regular inspections, and promoting a culture of safety among the construction team.
  • Implementation of quality control measures to ensure that construction activities meet the required standards and specifications. This includes conducting inspections, reviewing construction documentation, and addressing any non-conformities or deficiencies.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, such as project managers, engineers, clients, and regulatory authorities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with these stakeholders are essential to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Managing project risks is a crucial aspect includes analyse potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement appropriate risk management practices to minimize the impact of risks on the construction projects.
  • Regular reporting on the progress of construction projects prepares progress reports, highlighting key milestones, issues, and achievements, and communicates them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, including construction plans, permits, contracts, and reports, is essential and ensures that all necessary documentation is properly organized and maintained for future reference and audit purposes.
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree in Engineering
  • 10-15 years\' experience related experience
  • Experience in Offshore Project Management or any Project Management Certification will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge in EPC projects for O&G, Offshore Renewables & system
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive and results oriented
