Plan, lead and manage QA/QC Engineer(s) for the project(s) undertaken, manage a mega project.
Conduct Internal Quality Audits and Project Quality Audits.
Review of the Quality Management System, Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans, QC Guidelines, Method Statement, etc.
Conduct experiments, propose new material/procedures and come up with innovative solutions.
Assess site operations and procedures daily and recommend improvement actions, ensuring that the internal quality systems are in place.
Set up systems for new trades/work processes.
Manage project stakeholders (client, consultants) on quality related issues.
Cultivate a quality mindset among the production team.
Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
Obtain buy-in from project team towards quality assurance and quality control initiatives.
Translate deep understanding of quality standards and requirements into site works.
Improvement of work processes, productivity, IDD and BIM.

Requirements

Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or construction related field
Experience: At least 9 years of building and/or civil engineering experience (Experience in QA/QC and certified auditors would have an added advantage)
Completed at least 3 building/civil project
Knowledge of quality requirement of BCA, industry norms and contract specifications
Quality Management Systems \xe2\x80\x93 ISO 9000
Knowledge in Structural and Architectural works
