[What the role is]
The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s central bank and integrated financial regulator.

The Supervision Platforms Division (SPD) is responsible for the development and management of MASNET to deliver efficient and secured G2B and B2B communication and collaboration to the financial industry. In addition, the division provides and manages IT services that facilitate the conduct of supervision of financial industry and the development of Singapore as an international financial centre. Key responsibilities include:

To lead, manage and ensure the success delivery of projects, while ensuring and enforcing conformance to principles, guidelines and best practices.

To facilitate requirements workshop, and bridge the gaps between users and technology.

To provide deep technical expertise to assess solution proposal and specification.

To work closely with key stakeholders from various business units to understand their business requirements and translate them into systems and applications architectural specifications.

To conceptualize and design the end-to-end architecture of the solution by leveraging on the enterprise-wide technology and analytics platform, and implement effective IT solutions for the organization and industry and ensuring that they are aligned with the desired business outcomes.

To resolve technical problems and constraints.

To provide supervision and guidance to development teams.

To continually research current and emerging technologies, and propose appropriate changes.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and needs of stakeholders, as well as the agility to respond to changes and developments.

Job Requirement

At least 5 years of working experience in solution architect role, with significant experience leading and facilitating solution conceptualisation sessions with business and technology stakeholders; and Bachelor in IT or equivalent.

A least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing reusable components, microservices, containers and Kubernetes

Sound knowledge in coding languages, various operating systems and databases.

Proven experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD adoption and deployment.

Certifications in relevant skills (e.g. project management, business analysis, AWS solution architect etc.) will be an advantage.

At least 3 years working experience in project management and vendor management.

Relevant knowledge in change management and business process improvement would be an advantage.

Must be organized, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible to work on different projects in a rapidly changing environment

Possess strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels with demonstrated ability to influence different stakeholders.
