DEPUTY/ASSISTANT MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (LEARNING & CAREER DEVELOPMENT)
What you will be working on:
We are seeking an individual with strong analytical and communications skills to join our team in the Learning and Career Development Division. You will be supporting the development of our organisational functional capabilities.
You will play a key role in implementing a competency-driven career management framework in LTA, which include supporting the development of competency frameworks, the implementation of competency-based learning and career development programmes, and the required change management. Your work will include initiating a large-scale competency assessment across LTA and leveraging on metrics and data to identify and analyse developmental needs of staff. Collaborating closely with business units and key stakeholders, you will design and implement appropriate functional training programmes to address competency gaps and career development initiatives to build functional capabilities.
