What the role is:
DEPUTY/ASSISTANT MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (LEARNING & CAREER DEVELOPMENT)
What you will be working on:
We are seeking an individual with strong analytical and communications skills to join our team in the Learning and Career Development Division. You will be supporting the development of our organisational functional capabilities.
You will play a key role in implementing a competency-driven career management framework in LTA, which include supporting the development of competency frameworks, the implementation of competency-based learning and career development programmes, and the required change management. Your work will include initiating a large-scale competency assessment across LTA and leveraging on metrics and data to identify and analyse developmental needs of staff. Collaborating closely with business units and key stakeholders, you will design and implement appropriate functional training programmes to address competency gaps and career development initiatives to build functional capabilities.
What we are looking for:

• Tertiary Qualification in any discipline
• Experience in learning, career and competency development will be an advantage
• Comfortable working with data to derive insights and present recommendations
• Confident in interacting with stakeholders and presenting to management staff
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly adaptable and able to work independently to deliver within tight timeline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Experience in using Tableau / Data Visualisation software would be an added advantage
