Job Description

• Responsible to the project stakeholders for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality of the project.
• To coordinate architectural work, prepare estimates, interpret plans and inspect construction sites
• To coordinate architectural and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction documents
• To liaise with client, consultant and specialist subcontractors for project execution
• Arrange and attend joint site inspections with all system wide and in-house contractors
• Review and report on the progress of architectural works
• Liaise and work closely with the civil construction team and follow the construction progress closely
• Assist in ensuring that all architectural construction requirements are incorporated into the site construction
• To assist in construction administration process by attending site visits
• To ensures the project complies with regulations, which includes revising the project design as necessary to achieve client satisfaction
• Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
• Ensure safety and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering with relevant design working experience with working contractors
• Preferably a Professional Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
• Be conversant in British & Singapore Design Standards
• Be independent, analytical, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
