- Develop and implement design vision, strategy, and standards across the company.
- Lead and mentor a team of senior designers and design managers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
- Drive business growth through design excellence, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver outstanding workplace designs.
- Oversee design development, from concept to completion, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with client objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality.
- Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and publications, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.
- Develop and manage design budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure design compliance with regulatory requirements, sustainability standards, and company guidelines.Key Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in workplace design, with a proven track record of design leadership and team management.
- Professional certification (NCIDQ, LEED AP, or equivalent) preferred.
- Proficiency in design software (Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and accomplishments.
- Experience with design-build project delivery methods.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and wellness-focused design.
- Familiarity with construction documentation and administration.
