CREATEMAKE is growing!

We are looking for a dynamic Design Drafter to join our team! As part of this role, you will collaborate with our Designers to create the first draft of a technical design. You will calculate dimensions and weight limitations, as well as create drawings and designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

You must be able to use design principles to create technical drawings that bring a Designer\xe2\x80\x99s ideas to life. You should be highly proficient in CAD software and have a meticulous approach to conceptualizing designs.

What you will do?

• Collecting structural materials required for designs

• Calculating dimensions, weight limitations, and measurements for designs

• Drafting designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software

• Creating diagrams and layouts to illustrate the workflow of designs

• Collaborating with the design team to review drawings and designs

• Making adjustments to drawings according to feedback from the design team

• Ensuring designs comply with company regulations and quality standards

• Setting up drawing formats and configuration files
  

• At least 1 year of experience as a design drafter or a similar role

• Proficient in CAD software, drawing programs, and 3D modelling tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, hand sketch, Photoshop)

• Excellent knowledge of architectural and engineering design principles

• Solid math and analytical skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to manage tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Preferably diploma/degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a similar field
