About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Geotechnical Design Engineer / Manager

to lead design and engineering efforts on infrastructure and building projects.





You will oversee the development of design strategies, manage internal teams, and ensure delivery of technically sound, cost-effective geotechnical solutions that align with regulatory standards and project timelines.

Responsibilities

Lead geotechnical design for ERSS, piling, ground improvement, and foundation systems across building and infrastructure projects. Manage and mentor a team of design engineers and technical staff. Review and approve design drawings, calculations, and technical submissions. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and statutory authorities (e.g., BCA, LTA) to ensure alignment and resolve design issues. Ensure compliance with Singapore standards and geotechnical engineering best practices. Support tender teams with technical input, design methodologies, and preliminary assessments. Drive quality assurance, innovation, and continuous improvement within the design function.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master's Degree preferred) At least

5 years of experience

in geotechnical design for building or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of ERSS, piling, ground improvement, and deep excavation design
