Jobs Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with company\'s objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical drawings, reports, and correspondence with stakeholders.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the testing, installation, and commissioning of systems or products, ensuring they meet performance specifications.
• Monitor project expenditures against budget and identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiencies.
• Identify areas for process improvement within project management methodologies and implement best practices.

Jobs Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering or related technical roles, preferably within the marine electronics industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), CAD software, and knowledge of engineering principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams towards successful project outcomes.
