US Data Centre located in Loyang Area

Manage space and operations facilities for new customers in terms of servers racks, cabinets, cages, panels and conduits.
Create design using ACAD and list out scope of work for installations of ladder rack, fiber raceway, cable ties, power and grounding.
Create bill of materials related to all installation projects.
Create and assign work orders to facility technicians to perform tast and track installation progress and sub-contractor\'s work.
Update facility floor plans using ACAD and DCIM software including connectivity and cable ties records
Keep records of customers\xe2\x80\x99 power circuits using DCIM
Assist sales engineers with facility capacity inquiries from new customers
Conduct and perform audits as required

Requirement

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical or Mechanical
At least 2 years of engineering and planning experience in telecommunications environment.
Detail oriented with excellent communications, interpersonal and oral/written presentation skills.
Advanced skills with ACAD.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to work on multiple tasks/projects.
Experience working in a Data Center or Colocation environment.
