Design Engineer
Job Description
The Design Engineer performs design/drafting and conducts site/construction inspection works as may be required by the Project; He/she is responsible in the technical analysis and planning of the project or components of the project as directed by the project's Lead Architect or Design & Planning Head. He/she is also responsible for ensuring correct quantification of assigned project through proper cost analysis and budget estimation and signing of plans.JOB SPECIFICATIONSEducationLicensed Civil EngineerExperienceExperience in socialized and/or low cost subdivision housing construction development preferred.Relevant working experience specializing in Design (e.g. Retaining Wall, Land Development)Experience in Project Costing and Quantification.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
