Our client is one of the leading Civil & Building contractors in Singapore.  They have a number of current large scale groundbreaking projects with tenders in place for some of Singapore’s most prestigious upcoming projects.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Main Accountabilities
 
·       Liaises and coordinates with operation teams, consultants and sub-contractors on design issues relating to temporary works and permanent works
·       Develops design concept, preparing drawings and detailed part drawings
·       Ensures design drawings comply with requirements of the authorities
·       Prepares technical submissions for materials, construction methods and shop drawings

PRE-REQUISITES:
 
·       Degree Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering or any related discipline
·       MINIMUM of 2 years of experience in civil & structural construction
·       Excellent project skills, good communication & interpersonal skills
·       Analytical and equipped with good knowledge of temporary design and instrumentation
·       Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
·       Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
