Design Engineer
Job Description
This position is an integral part of the NuStar Technologies Team and will be responsible for system and product design as well as technical support to customers.Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide optimized solutions both in engineering and quality aspects to customers\xe2\x80\xa2 Develop products to customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements\xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and maintain technical specifications, operating and maintenance procedures\xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare new product testing and acceptance procedures\xe2\x80\xa2 Perform in-plant equipment tests on new design products\xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in customer, project and design review meetings relating to project assignments\xe2\x80\xa2 Perform detail engineering and creation/review of production drawings
Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent\xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in SolidWorks software will be an advantage\xe2\x80\xa2 Strong logical thinking, result oriented and team player\xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates with work experience in oilfield equipment will be an advantage\xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates just graduated with strong interest in design will also be considered
