Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage all aspects of design optimization and design management of the tunnel engineering of EPC project related works.
• Communicate and coordinate with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants/engineers, other departments, clients’ project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the work deliverables requirements for submission and engineering works.
• Manage and monitor progress, quality of workmanship and ensure that it complies with authority requirements.
• Highlight any discrepancies and advise the staff on the interfacing of utility services and related works.
• Compile detailed design instructions for tunnel engineering, and put forward suggestions for deepening design to create benefits.
• Review the design materials related to tunnel engineering to ensure that the tunnel engineering design conforms to relevant laws and regulations.
• Responsible for reviewing the accuracy and completeness of the scheme design.
• Responsible for collecting and arranging professional design specifications and materials for tunnels, and understanding the latest design trends.
• Responsible for collecting and arranging new building materials and supplier information, setting up relevant building material resource banks and maintaining them.
• Coordinating the design institute and professional companies to guide the construction of the project department.
• Liaison with other disciplines to ensure designs are coordinated with other infrastructure requirements.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, and procedures.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of practical site engineering experience.
• Able to work as a team, assertive, independent, and proactive.
• 6 days work week.
• Location: East.
