Job Description

• Singapore Based (Ang Mo Kio)
• 5 Days work per week (8.30am to 6pm)
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or any other relevant field with relevant design working experience + Prefer with commercial building experience
• Familiar with working within LTA rail and road structures protection zones will be an advantage
• Preferably a Professional Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore

Job scopeDevelop and implement successful design strategies and implement them for the projectEnsuring that the multi-disciplinary teams building the project work together smoothly and that everything is delivered on time and within budgetOverseeing the design process using technical expertiseAdvising on the selection of materials used and other aspects of procurementWorking with clients to ensure that their expectations are metReviewing designs with health and safety in mindEnsuring strict compliance of the design in accordance with contractual requirements and Singapore standards.Maintaining thorough documentation of the design processManaging processes relating to the project\'s design to ensure that everything is delivered to schedule and budgetKeeping up to date with changing building legislation and codes of practice relating to design#SCR-vicky-wee\xe2\x9c\x85 Wee Yuan Huan
