Adecco is collaborating with a key player in Singapore\'s public transportation network, serving as the central administrator for the island\'s fare collection system.They are seeking for an Assistant Facilities Manager who have the experience handling Commercial building projects. • Develop and enhance administrative systems, policies, and procedures for efficient office management.
• Oversee daily operations, including reception, mailroom, and overall office management.
• Monitor and manage office expenses, including supplies and equipment, and prepare budgets for the office management function.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and coordinate with the landlord and Building Managing Agent (MA) on office-related matters.
• Lead the digitization of documents and manage record-keeping.
• Oversee office renovations and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Act as Fire Warden, managing fire drills, evacuation plans, and communication with landlords regarding fire alarms.
• Support human resource operations and perform additional ad-hoc duties as required.

The Talent

• Degree holders in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in office management, facilities management, project management
• Ability to handle and communicate with different stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel, Words and PowerPoint
• Able to think and work independently and as a team member in a challenging environment
