Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leading, mentoring and developing an architectural team Supervise the preparation of specifications and tendering documentations Create and oversee general design and project direction for projects across the country, overseas travel when necessary Design development of existing projects and evaluation with specific details on benchmark / competitive / winning projects Review and approve conceptual and schematic design and detail working drawings Supervise the preparation of specifications and tendering documentations Plan and supervise authority submission requirements and procedure for projectsJOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE) A recognized Degree in Architecture, preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant architectural experience Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices Strong knowledge and understanding of project, material and cost management; Proven knowledge in carpentry construction & technical detail drawings; Excellent in design presentation and human relation skill; Good team leader Conversant with local codes and regulations At least 1 year BIM project implementation experience with in-depth knowledge of REVIT architecture
