Job Description
What the role is:Carry out island-wide planning, design and design-related management works in support of SDC\'s strategic goals.What you will be working on:
- Carry out design ideation, research, content narrative and feasibility studies to ensure SDC\'s design approaches and execution are ahead of the curve in the market. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct stakeholders\' engagements to gather feedback and for project coordination purpose. \xe2\x80\xa2 Formulate Design Brief and Urban Design Guidelines to guide planning and development works. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with ministries, authorities, SDC\'s stakeholders, consultants and contractors from project inception, ideation to final delivery of the developments i.e. end-to-end integrated design management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of approval papers and related materials e.g. specifications and drawings etc. to facilitate clearances. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and support SDC\'s tenancy works spanning from land preparation, marketing exercise, design reviews, facilitation of clearances and design management development.
- Strong design flair and a creative problem solver \xe2\x80\xa2 Enthusiastic self-starter and a good team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Appetite for learning \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to join the dots in complex developmental processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Design Thinking \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent presentation and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Efficient time management
