Job Location SingaporeOverview of roleAs a Science and Product Story Visualization Design Manager within our R&D Innovation Design Studio in Singapore, you will have an exciting opportunity to work alongside a multi-functional team on early-stage ideas and innovations!Your role will involve conceptualizing and bringing to life innovative and proprietary science through captivating visual stories and digital experiences (2D/ 3D animations, photography, videography). You will tackle scientific communication challenges within our biggest innovation spaces, which may involve new consumers, formulations, packages, and experiences.This Designer role requires a motivated, independent thinker who can inspire, generate and bring to new ideas to life.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate innovative and compelling visual stories and digital experiences that effectively communicate scientific concepts and product narratives.Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to translate consumer and product insights into engaging digital design solutions that align with key business objectives.Create intuitive and on-brand product/technology visualizations, including 2D/3D animations, photography, videography, and graphic systems.Rapidly prototype ideas for consumer testing and produce production-ready assets for development teams.Job QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Digital Design, UI/UX Design, Interactive Design, Communication Design, New Media Design, or Digital Advertising Design.3+ years of successful professional design experience, preferably in a product-driven business. Open to B1 or B2 level depending on experience.A portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design strategy and execution.Proficiency in 2D/3D animation, photography, and videography.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Lightroom, After Effects, Premiere), experience with platforms such as Spotify, BigCommerce, Wix, familiarity with HTML/CSS, Cinema 4D, and digital photography.Experience in e-commerce, web/app design, with a strong understanding of development principles.Basic knowledge of AR/VR technologies is desired.Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.Proactive leadership skills and the ability to identify design opportunities that can drive business impact.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate, influence, and engage multiple functions to deliver exceptional design solutions.Please also attach/provide links to your resume and portfolio of design work.Job Schedule Full timeJob Number R000106058Job Segmentation Experienced Professionals (Job Segmentation)
