Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Design Quality Assurance Engineer to prepare the compliance of documents an oversee new product development stages and implement standardization of the new product design and development.

What Will You Do

• To prepare the compliance of documents an oversee new product development stages and implement standardization of the new product design and development.
• To take part in important nodes of every stage in the new products or projects, go through the review of design, verification and confirmation.
• To keep track of the progress of designing in the new products or projects, including materials, assembling, debugging, and promote closed-loop implementation.
• To assist all projects and ensure the standardization of transfer to documentation and technical data.
• To prepare overview and input to maintain a quality program implementation.
• To attend any meetings and internal program reviews.
• To do inspection on the new products or projects, ensuring the standardization of shipment inspection, inspection plan formulation, and shipment inspection implementation.
• To provide on-site customer service by following up and solving problems of the machines.
• To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

What Do We Want

• Must have at least a Degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in Quality Management or Equipment, Panel or Semiconductor Wafer Industry will be preferred.
• Having extensive knowledge of the basic of quality methods and tools, QC Methods, 5 WHY, 8D, 4M1E, FMEA and etc.
• Having experience in the basic mode of operation and promotion ideas of DQA and APQP related in automotive industry will be added advantage.
• Having good understanding in the general Quality Management Systems like ISO90001/14001/18001.
• Good logical analysis and project management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
