Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven

Design Solutions Executive

to join our team. This role blends

creative interior design expertise

with

strong sales acumen

, helping clients transform their spaces while achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to turn client consultations into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation

Engage with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget. Offer expert advice and customized design solutions that align with their vision.

Design Presentation

Develop and present compelling design concepts, including

mood boards, floor plans, and 3D renderings

. Clearly communicate how design solutions enhance functionality and aesthetics.

Sales & Business Development

Identify client needs and present tailored design solutions to drive sales. Convert prospects into clients and meet or exceed sales targets through

effective follow-ups and relationship-building

Product & Industry Knowledge

Stay up to date with

design trends, materials, and industry innovations

. Educate clients on product selections, ensuring recommendations match their style and budget.

Project Coordination

Oversee projects from

concept to completion

, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. Collaborate with

vendors, contractors, and suppliers

to maintain design integrity and smooth execution.

Customer Experience & Retention

Deliver exceptional service throughout the design process, managing expectations and addressing concerns proactively. Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market Research & Networking

Identify potential clients and explore new business opportunities. Cultivate strong connections within the interior design and renovation industry.

What We're Looking For
