Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal team in Singapore liaise with customers / consultants on day to day basis Preparation of project documents including BQ Handling Design & Build projects Prepare optimised design solutions for projects Prepare Design drawings (Single Line Drawings & layout) Prepare design calculations incl voltage drop, short circuit current etc. Support multiple M&E projects concurrently Lead project meetings and work with team members to achieve the deliverables on-time Ensure drawings & documents are well maintained & stored in a timely manner Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirement

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum 2 yrs of relevant hands-on M&E experience in construction industry, LTA projects, mixed development etc Need to be familiar with Singapore codes such as SS638 (CP5), SS650, SS555 etc Hands-on experience in AutoCAD drawings is preferred Familiarity in BIM (Revit / Navisworks) is advantageous Having consultancy experience is preferred Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous Good communication skills * Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
