Project manager cum Design Engineer (M&E)


Responsibilities:


1)Good Team Leader with good Communication and


Interpersonal Skills of Electrical Design Engineer cum Project Manager,


2)Leading responsibility professionally handled for Turnkey and M&E Projects


EPC Project/Building maintenance & Service /Subcontract projects from the construction.


3)Design with Smart New Project Plan, Management of projects & Facility Service.


Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.


4)Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.


Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.


5)Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to project budgetary limitations.


6)Plan overall construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met as per the project schedule.


7)Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.


8)Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.


Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.


9)Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.


10)Payment claim & follow-up with documentation.


11)Upgrading of new smart innovative project & execution of the projects





Requirements:


Specially requirements for Master of Engineering/ Master of Technology for Electrical/Electronics/ power systems


Design Soft Tools: AutoCAD, PRO-E, BIM MODEL


Support Soft: Tally, MS Excel, MS Project


Good knowledge of Electrical Engineering and power Systems


Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Project Manager/Design
