Our client is a Japanese company that specializes in manufacturing and selling pastries and sweets. They are looking for a Designer whose main responsibility is to handle design and brand management.
Reporting to Director
\xe3\x80\x90What you will be working on\xe3\x80\x91
Design for the brand\'s overall creative. Mainly store POP, promotional material, and SNS material.
Prepare posters for promotions and events, shop decoration design, business cards and etc.
Taking photos of new products and making posters.
Management of brand visual identity and creativity, such as POP graphics, SNS, web, store
design, store interior, packaging, uniforms, etc.
Guidance and check for more than 10 franchise partners in the world.
Working with product development teams to manage new product development and demonstrated the ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods
Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, print communication, and advertising.
Managing media and external PR agencies. Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
Demonstrated effectiveness in holding conversations with customers, customer evangelism, and customer-focused product development and outreach
Must articulate verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, empathetic, sales oriented and have a professional presentation.
Other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned to you from time to time.
Requirement

Possess Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field
More than 3 years of in-house designer experience
Have knowledge in CAD system, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Familiar with printing company, material company in Singapore
Have skills in photography and creating videos will be an advantage
Branding management experience is an added advantage
Prior experience in F&B brands, especially sweets, drink brand will be a big advantage
Working Hour
8:30 ~ 17:30
