Because we owe it to our people, or clients and the worldAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Designer to join our full-service team of digital, creative and analytics professionals in Hong Kong and Singapore, the post holder will be located in Singapore.The role is a unique opportunity ideal for someone who wants to build a career working alongside senior creative leads to execute designs across all communication platforms and formats with a passionate team who will work closely with you to turn ideas to reality. Mentorship and access to a range of work across all sectors and design disciplines will enable you to grow and refine your skillset.Job Duties

  • Work closely with the account servicing team, Creative Directors, Art Directors, copywriters and fellow Designers to bring ideas to life
  • Demonstrate a strong creative sense, coupled with good typographic and layout capabilities
  • Execute designs that will be applied across APAC for social media platforms, websites, events, print and paid media placements
  • Participate in multiple projects by developing and presenting concepts, flawlessly executing your ideas and those of the wider team
  • Brainstorm and develop creative visual assets that will be used across the region
  • Ensure brand consistency on all developed materials
  • Collaborate with pitch leads to ensure pitch assets are delivered on time and according to expectations
  • Ability to collaborate on ideas and solutions with a diverse array of stakeholders
Skills and experience requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor\'s degree holder in multimedia design or related disciplines; relevant academic qualification will be an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in digital and/or creative agency, or as an in-house graphic designer
  • A portfolio which demonstrates good visualizing and conceptualizing abilities.
  • Knowledge of organic and paid social media design requirements
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, PPT, animation, typography, and film/video principles, UI/UX principals
  • Proficiency in design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects (Figma is a plus)
  • Confident self-starter who has had experience working as a designer in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Strong creative, presentation layout, visual design skills
  • Able to work on multi-projects, self-motivated, responsible, strong attention to detail and able to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English required. Understanding of Chinese would be fantastic.
  • Immediate availability is preferred
