What the role is:Gov.sg, the Singapore Government's digital platform, engages the public by providing timely and relevant information. We connect citizens with the latest initiatives, policies, and services through a team driven by innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to positively impact Singaporeans. You will be a part of the design team responsible for creating content and assets for platforms under the Gov.sg brand.What you will be working on:

• Design and create engaging content for various media, including websites, social media, digital ads, and print materials. Develop and produce animations and motion graphics for videos, website features, and social media content. Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to grasp project needs and craft inventive solutions that convey a variety of national and cross-agency public communication topics. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines are met, and designs meet or exceed expectations. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in graphic design, animation, and motion graphics.

What we are looking for:

• Background in Advertising, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related creative field. 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and a strong portfolio showcasing your animation and motion graphics skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Capcut. Excellent creativity, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate your design decisions. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding. Experience with 3D design is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. High level of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
