Desktop Engineer Global Fintech Firm

Job Description
Our client, a global FinTech firm, is looking for desktop engineers of various seniority levels to support the firm\'s Windows Desktop Environment and End User Support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support for Windows Desktop Environment including hardware and software management, security patching and health check monitoring.
- Collaborate with teams to introduce and improve IT systems such as installing desktops and user account administration.
- Provide regional support including incident identification, resolution and escalation.
- Manage Singapore Data Centres including server installation and cable patching.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Windows 7 and 10, including installation and support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Data Center operations, including server installations and management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
