About Our Client

• Our client is a globally renowned Fintech Firm that has a huge market presence is one of the world\'s leading players in its space. They are currently looking for a solid Finance and Accounting professional (VP level) to be part of their investment finance team and handling complex accounting matters relating to investments, M&A, overall financial reporting and disclosures.

Being part of the investment finance team, your key responsibilities would include:

• Handling complex accounting matters relating to investments and M&As

• Be the overall in-charge for controlling of financial report disclosures

• Be the expert and point of contact for various business units financial needs, queries and make sound judgements on complex accounting matters

• Establish and build a strong communication framework and collaboration with the group\'s financial reporting team on overall international accounting matters

• Link information sharing between various business units and finance teams to analyze and report on financial reports

• Collaborate with FP&A and other units to conduct financial report disclosures, forecasting and budgeting work for international finance

The Successful Applicant
To succeed in this role, you should ideally possess the following:

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy or relevant disciplines

• At least 10 years of solid Audit, Financial Accounting and reporting experience

• Experience in US GAAP and IFRS

• Strong financial data sensitivity and risk control awareness

• Ability to handle complex accounting issues
