Summary
Provide first-level desktop and Microsoft 365 support, ensuring smooth IT operations, proper device setup, and compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities
Enrol users/devices into M365 and Intune
Provide desktop support and resolve helpdesk tickets
Escalate issues to meet SLAs
Perform system imaging/re-imaging
Maintain asset inventory
Update incident records and documentation
Support Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Requirements
ITE/Diploma with 1-3 years' IT or desktop support experience
Experience with Windows 10 and Office 365
Basic knowledge of AD, networking, servers, storage, cloud
Good spoken/written English
Preferred
Helpdesk/call centre experience
Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks
Able to mentor juniors and manage small IT projects
Certifications (Preferred)
CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Windows Client, Managing Modern Desktops
