Key Responsibilities
Provide end-user desktop support, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues.
Manage user and device enrolment in
Microsoft 365
and
Intune
.
Support and maintain
M365 applications
such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Perform system imaging, reimaging, and asset inventory management.
Document issues, resolutions, and update standard procedures.
Escalate incidents as needed to meet service level expectations.
Participate in
M365 migration
and device rollout projects.

Requirements
ITE or Diploma in IT or related field.
1-3 years' experience
in desktop or IT support.
Hands-on experience with
Windows 10
and
Microsoft 365
.
Basic understanding of
Active Directory
, networking, and cloud technologies.
Experience in IT helpdesk or remote support.
Ability to mentor junior engineers or lead small upgrade projects.
* Certifications such as
CompTIA A+ / Network+ / Security+
or
Microsoft Certified: Windows Client / Managing Modern Desktops
are a plus.
