About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Infrastructure Technology Services in ANZ Singapore. The role will be reporting to the Desktop Support Lead.

As Desktop Support Analyst in Singapore, you will provide 2nd Level desktop solutions that are used within Institutional business. Your role to your customers is to fully understand their needs and requirements and provides appropriate desktop solutions to meet their needs on an ongoing basis. You will provide analysis, problem solving and provide technical consulting services and solutions to the business unit issues and requirements. Undertake performance checking and routine housekeeping of specific trading room platforms and provide support for Trading Room systems and services, which includes trading room platforms, transactional platforms & vendor provided application and services both server and desktop.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Financial markets exposure and understanding with dealing room applications and systems such as Reuters Eikon, Bloomberg etc
• Knowledge and trouble shooting skills on Windows 7/10 Operating systems and Microsoft applications suite, PC Hardware, Smartphones and other devices.
• Ability to set clear achievable goals, set priorities and meet deadlines. Along with strong people skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal successfully with all levels of customers and staff.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and procedures. Soft-skills are essential when dealing with the team and business.
