JOB DESCRIPTIONProvide support for users across Moonbridge, responding to user requests for support, being the firstpoint of escalation from the service desk. Providing technical services for the installation, configuration,maintenance, diagnose and repair of desktop computer systems and associated software and peripherals.To provide advice and training to users on the use of computer systems and software.Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities1.Carry out the installation and acceptance checking of computer hardware and software.2. Diagnose and repair hardware and software faults, with more complex problems being detailedand passed onto the Desktop Engineers for resolution.3. Act as the escalation point for the operations team, taking ownership of calls andproblems, and either resolving the problem and closing out the call with the customer, oridentifying the third line support team for the call, and documenting all steps taking to date and handing over the call to the Desktop Engineers, giving them a brief on what technical solutionshave been attempted to date to assist in further diagnosis.4. Reset user passwords and accounts.5. Apply software and hardware fixes to PC's.6. Advise and train users on a variety of P.C. software and hardware matters.7. Check deliveries of equipment and software for accuracy, and feed back to procurement teamif not correct.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthBenefits:
