Job Description


Desktop Support Engineer Roles & Responsibilities - Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services. - Problem identification, diagnosis and rectification for both hardware and software issues. - Support desktops, notebooks, printers and other hardware components. - Experience in MacOS support and troubleshooting preferred - Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of MS Windows, Microsoft tools such as MS Office, internet browser, MS Outlook, etc. - Provide support for queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution and IMAC Services. - Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service. - Involved in projects such as migration, relocation and hardware refresh. - May require to work on Saturdays depending on project requirements. - Minimum three years related IT support experience. Contract Type: 12 Months Salary: SGD2,700 to SGD3,500 Location: West, Central, Tai Seng Working Hours: Office Hours Mon to Fri 8:30 am to 6 pm Commencement: Immediate Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: $2,700.00 - $3,500.00 per month Schedule:
