Job Description

Desktop Support Engineer (MA)
SGD 3600/Monthly

Working location: Jurong West

Details: * WOG Desktop Support.

  • Familiar with Secured Email, MS Windows, MS Office and WOG technologies.
  • VVIP Desktop Support for Singapore Customs Director General, Deputy Director General and HODs.
  • The scope of work, not limited to the following, for desktop resource is:
Provide central user computing services such as Email, Secure Email, VPN and End Point Protection Service. * Liaise and work with facilities management providers to attend and resolve issues, problems and process service requests.
  • Maintain the patch management and software distribution tools to ensure end devices are up to date with security fixes and patches.
  • Plan and assist the technical refresh of end point devices.
  • Assist for End Point IT Securities such as white-listing software, anti-virus software and definition files, desktop firewall rules and data encryption are in place.
  • Assist Desktop team on any procurement request.
