Scope of Work: . Level 1 & Level 2 support and resolution to hardware and software issues involving end-user desktops/notebooks, network resource access, network connectivity, and servers . Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktop systems and associated peripherals . Install applications/software and apply updates/patches to desktops, notebooks, and other end-user computing devices . Preparation of desktop/notebook system image . User account management (Account creation, deletion, modification and reset password in accordance to Customer's process and procedures) . Basic administration of Microsoft O365 . Perform file backup, migration, and restoration for end-users desktops/notebooks . Perform inventory management of software licenses, hardware, and other IT peripherals . Vendor management for relevant desktops/notebooks/servers/network hardware repairs or software troubleshooting . Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service . Involved in projects such as migration, relocation, and hardware refresh . May require to work on Saturdays depending on project requirement . 1 year of related IT support experience . Able to communicate effectively Knowledge of Primary Products: Microsoft VMware Fortinet Cisco Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm Location: Alexandra / Bukit Merah Contract: 12 months (Renewal) Salary: S$2,700 - S$3,300
