Responsible for 1st & 2nd level troubleshooting in Operating system Managing and updating Windows patches for Desktops and Laptops.
Desktop Support through remote access Coordination with clients and customer regarding their problems
Installation, support and troubleshooting of software, hardware, and peripheral device
Monitoring. Troubleshoot. Windows Laptop/Printer
Any other adhoc duties assigned / required
