Job Title: IT Helpdesk & Desktop Support Engineer

Job Location: West, Singapore

Job Type: Contract - 12 Months(Extendable)

Job Responsibilities

The staff has to be competent and work independently to provide the following services:

  • Provide end-user support by troubleshooting issues related to workstations and peripherals, network connections, wireless devices, printers, and Microsoft Office business applications.
  • Escalate unresolved incidents to the Company\'s 2nd level support staff and relevant vendor(s) where necessary.
  • Keep track of every incident and ensure proper follow-through with updates to the Company\'s Web-based incident tracking system.
  • Manually shift/move workstations as and when necessary (e.g. when there is the movement of staff seating or during BCP exercises).
  • Deploy equipment with standard OS images and software.
  • Perform routine backup work such as administering the daily backup jobs and restoration of backup data.
  • Perform administrative work such as inventory management (recording, tracking, and discovery), and maintain documents in the corporate portal etc, under the Company\'s IT staff\'s supervision.
  • Perform Windows Server administration.
  • Provide end-user support on corporate applications running on Windows servers.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least a diploma or degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with a minimum of 2 years related experience in IT helpdesk & desktop support, Window Server and Network Administration.
  • Experienced in providing IT help-desk operations and services to enterprise customers.
