Job description
Service Desk Support Engineers / 1st Level Support
Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services.
Problem identification, diagnosis, and rectification for both hardware and software issues.
Support desktops, notebooks, printers, and other hardware components.
Experience in MacOS support and troubleshooting preferred
Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting, and reconfiguration of MS Windows, Microsoft tools such as MS Office, internet browser, MS Outlook, etc.
Provide support for queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution, and IMAC Services.
Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service.
Involved in projects such as migration, relocation, and hardware refresh.
Call Centre experience is advantageous
Familiar with office productivity tools such as O365
Good communication skills and detail in work
Good Customer Service
May require to work on Saturdays depending on project requirements (Remote)
Minimum 3 years related IT support experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $2,600.00 - $3700.00 per month
