**Desktop Support Engineer Needed!!** ~Strong in Chinese Mandarin Communication~ Job description

  • Service Desk Support Engineers / 1st Level Support
  • Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services.
  • Problem identification, diagnosis, and rectification for both hardware and software issues.
  • Support desktops, notebooks, printers, and other hardware components.
  • Experience in MacOS support and troubleshooting preferred
  • Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting, and reconfiguration of MS Windows, Microsoft tools such as MS Office, internet browser, MS Outlook, etc.
  • Provide support for queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution, and IMAC Services.
  • Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service.
  • Involved in projects such as migration, relocation, and hardware refresh.
  • Call Centre experience is advantageous
  • Familiar with office productivity tools such as O365
  • Good communication skills and detail in work
  • Good Customer Service
  • May require to work on Saturdays depending on project requirements (Remote)
  • Minimum 3 years related IT support experience.
- Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 6 pm
  • Location: Pioneer Road
Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: $2,600.00 - $3700.00 per month
