The Company:
Our client is a multinational information technology and electronics company. With their expansion scheme, they are now looking for Desktop Support Engineers.
As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Perform desktop support services to users which includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations.
• Perform imaging / re-imaging, asset inventories and technical escalation to 3rd party vendor or resolver groups (where appropriate).
• Updates Incident records.
• Create and update work instructions (where necessary).
• Adhere to document standards and procedures (where necessary).

1. Work location: 3 locations, might require changing when required.

• Harbourfront Centre
• Harbourfront Tower 1 & 2

2. Working Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Mon to Fri) OR 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (work 2 days rest 2 days regardless of weekend or PH) with shift allowance provided.
Requirements:

• Desirable : 1 year or more of Windows 10 and Microsoft Outlook Client
• Clear Spoken & Written English.
• 2 year's experience providing desktop remote support
• Previous IT helpdesk and/or call centre support experience, including providing remote support via the telephone or using remote tool will be added advantages
• Demonstrate knowledge in the support of workstations, and related components
• Have knowledge in the following applications: Microsoft Outlook Client, MS-Office O365
• Have knowledge with desktop operating systems, including Microsoft Windows 10
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good coordination skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency
• Effectively communicates with teammates and manage
