**Desktop Support Engineer Needed!!**~Strong in Chinese Mandarin Communication~Job description- Service Desk Support Engineers / 1st Level Support- Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services.- Problem identification, diagnosis, and rectification for both hardware and software issues.- Support desktops, notebooks, printers, and other hardware components.- Experience in MacOS support and troubleshooting preferred- Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting, and reconfiguration of MS Windows, Microsoft tools such as MS Office, internet browser, MS Outlook, etc.- Provide support for queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution, and IMAC Services.- Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service.- Involved in projects such as migration, relocation, and hardware refresh.- Call Centre experience is advantageous- Familiar with office productivity tools such as O365- Good communication skills and detail in work- Good Customer Service- May require to work on Saturdays depending on project requirements (Remote)- Minimum 3 years related IT support experience.- Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 6 pm- Location: Pioneer RoadJob Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: $2,600.00 - $3700.00 per month
