Temp Desktop Support Engineers - EUC (Singaporean Only)Job description- Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services.- Problem identification, diagnosis, and rectification for both hardware and software issues.- Support desktops, notebooks, printers, and other hardware components.- Experience in IPad, iOS, macOS support and troubleshooting preferred- Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting, and reconfiguration of MS Windows, Microsoft tools such as MS Office, internet browser, MS Outlook, etc.- Provide support for queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution, and IMAC Services.- Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service.- Involved in projects such as migration, relocation, and hardware refresh.- May require to work on Saturdays depending on project requirements.- 1 year related IT support experience.Salary: $2,400 - $3,000Location: MacPherson RoadDuration: 6 MonthsStart: Immediate
