Provide technical documentation of standard operational procedure and technical guides.
Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks.
Perform system administration tasks (software installation, configuration, software patching, system monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery drills).
Support service issues and requests which includes attending to emergency technical maintenance after working hours.
Participate in providing new technology training to staff.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT & Relevant Disciplines.
Experience in Ubuntu, Redhat, Lotus Notes, Cyberark administration, VMWare ESXi, Oracle is an added advantage.
