The Destination Service Manager, East Coast will oversee the standards of hospitality service and property management of the destination residences and team at our Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Maryland properties. The field-based individual is a service-oriented professional who is highly organized and can manage multiple destination team members, partners, and service providers to ensure exceptional member experiences and relations with affluent clientele worldwide. The candidate must be a team player who is able to manage relationships in the field as well as interact positively with all departments in the Denver office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
SERVICE DELIVERY AND MANAGEMENT

  • Assist staff with exceptional service delivery for members from planning to trip execution.
  • Assist with staffing, programming and daily operations of Kiawah Island destination team
  • Anticipate staff and member needs to achieve the highest level of member satisfaction.
  • Execute Inspirato’s 5 Stages of Vacation Management – the 5 P’s: Planning Customized Experiences, Preparing Residence, Personal and Warm Welcome, Present Throughout, and Parting Ways.
  • Liaise for our destination team, onsite partners (housekeeping, property managers, key vendors, etc.)
  • Communicate proficiently and work effectively with multiple parties to create and promote operations that continually improve the operations of the business.
  • Interview, hire, train, manage, coach and create the most successful destination team for planning, concierge, and operations team.
  • Ensure proper service staff coverage while members are in residence.
  • Serve as back-up for fellow team members.
  • Establish reationships with home owners and vendors.
  • Coordinate with Regional Destination Manager and Portfolio Experience Manager; operating supplies and equipment, consumables, inventories and procurement, implementation of residential standards and procedures, photos, annual or biannual property inspections and deployment.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
  • Ensure impeccable property management and inspections of residence.
  • Member pre-arrival and departure inspections.
  • Research and negotiate contracts and agreements with 3rd party affiliates and service vendors.
  • Propose preventive maintenance measures when doable to ensure high standard of residence function and appearance.
  • Liaise with Property Manager, Regional Destination Manager and Asset Manager on property management projects (including deep cleans and maintenance blocks) to establish suitable timelines and reservation blocks.
  • Schedule and follow through for all property management needs.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
  • Assist Regional Destination Manager and Portfolio Experience Manager to create and manage financial budgets.

REQUIRED SKILLS: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Flexible work schedule, including long days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Proficient with communication technology (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Salesforce, chat applications, etc.)
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have a reliable vehicle.
  • 1-2 years previous concierge experience in Kiawah

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must meet the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in hospitality management or business administration
  • 3-5 years of management experience and knowledge in hospitality, clubs, service operations, travel management, asset management, marketing, retail

Compensation - $59,500 - $76,500 Base Salary
We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training and experience related to scope of responsibilities.
Bonus – This position is eligible for the company’s bonus plan, to the extent offered, at a target bonus percentage of up to 10% of your annual salary.
Equity - This position is eligible for the company's equity plan.
Benefits – This position is eligible for a health and welfare benefits package including medical, dental & vision insurance.
FAM Trip – This Position is eligible for the Employee Familiarization Travel Program following three (3) consecutive months of employment. This program provides you up to one seven (7) day reservation in an eligible Inspirato property per your employment calendar year – subject to seasonal property demands and the company Employee Familiarization Travel Program Terms and Conditions.
