Job Title: Development Director - Data Centre DeveloperLocation: Singapore (Regional Role Covering Southeast Asia):
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Development Director to lead their data centre development projects across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data centre and critical facility development, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of data centres.
• Interface with local authorities.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data centre and critical facility development.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Bahasa is a significant advantage due to coverage of both Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required
